App Terms of Use

1. Scope and applicable agreements

These Terms of Use apply when made available to and accepted by you for your use of Proxia. Your software license is governed by the applicable EULA. A separately agreed enterprise contract governs the matters it expressly covers. Mandatory law and the terms of the store from which you obtained the app remain applicable.

2. Authorized and responsible use

Use Proxia only on devices, websites and content you are authorized to access or manage. Respect applicable law, third-party rights and your organization’s policies. Do not use Proxia to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other systems or evade license controls. These terms do not restrict activities permitted by law or an applicable open-source license.

3. Detection and masking limitations

Proxia is an assistance tool, not a guarantee of security or regulatory compliance. Detection can miss sensitive information or flag harmless content. Protection depends on the installed version, enabled features, permissions and supported application or website. On-screen masking is experimental and does not by itself remove data from a document or prevent network transmission.

Review warnings and protected text before sending, copying or sharing. If you continue with unprotected content, the destination service may receive it. Proxia does not control how that service processes it. Keep backups of important files before applying changes.

4. Your content and privacy

You retain your rights in your content. Using Proxia does not grant ANANKELIS SAS ownership of your prompts, messages, documents or inspection results. Inspection runs locally; the content inspected is not uploaded to ANANKELIS SAS for analysis.

Consult the Privacy Policy for storage, permissions, clipboard behavior and optional local integrations. Enable integrations only when you understand their operation. These terms do not authorize uploading inspected content or enabling optional remote monitoring without explicit consent. Support messages are sent only when you choose to contact support.

5. Third-party services

AI providers, browsers, app stores and other services have their own terms and privacy practices. You remain responsible for deciding what to send to them. A supported integration does not imply endorsement or a guarantee that a third-party service will remain compatible.

6. Purchase terms for Proxia Plus

For purchases through this website’s Stripe payment links, the seller and payment recipient is Fabindias SRL, rue de Linthout 107, 1200 Brussels, Belgium. ANANKELIS SAS remains the publisher and software licensor. Stripe hosts the payment page.

Annual subscription — €30 including tax

The annual subscription costs €30 including tax, charged when you subscribe and automatically every year until you cancel renewal. To stop future annual charges, contact Fabindias SRL before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period already paid for.

Major-version license — €50 including tax

A single payment of €50 including tax covers the commercial lifetime of Proxia Plus major version 1.x, including minor and corrective updates. There is no automatic renewal. Licenses for future major versions are not included. Applicable statutory rights to conformity and updates remain unaffected.

Manual license delivery

After payment, your license key and activation instructions are prepared and sent manually to the email address entered at checkout. Delivery and activation are not immediate. Contact Fabindias SRL for an order or delivery question.

Withdrawal and statutory rights

Consumers buying online have a statutory withdrawal period of 14 calendar days following conclusion of the contract, without having to give a reason. These terms do not request or presume a waiver of that right. Notify Fabindias SRL of your decision with a clear statement. Applicable statutory refund rights and guarantees remain unaffected.

An optional donation does not itself grant a paid license. Features depend on your edition and license. Any guaranteed support level must be expressly agreed in a separate contract.

7. Changes and ending use

You can stop using and uninstall Proxia at any time. Uninstalling does not automatically cancel a separate purchase or subscription. Changes to these terms will be dated and made available for review; they do not retroactively remove rights already acquired. Where required, notice and acceptance will be obtained before changed terms apply.

8. Legal rights and questions

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees or remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any applicable statutory rights to refunds, conformity, updates or access to competent courts remain unaffected. Contact ANANKELIS SAS through the Support page with questions about these terms.
