End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Apps downloaded from the App Store

For an App Store download, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless ANANKELIS SAS provides a custom agreement for that app and your country or region in App Store Connect. The agreement supplied with your download takes precedence over this website’s general license information.

The Apple agreement governs the software license. Proxia’s Terms of Use describe how to use the application and its protection features.

2. Other distributions of Proxia

For copies distributed directly by ANANKELIS SAS, these license terms apply when presented to and accepted by you, unless a separate license is supplied with the package or an enterprise agreement applies. Browser-store and platform terms also apply to downloads from those stores.

ANANKELIS SAS grants you a non-exclusive license to install and use the authorized edition of Proxia on devices you own or are authorized to manage, within any user or device limits stated in your license or order. The software is licensed, not sold; ANANKELIS SAS and its licensors retain their intellectual property rights.

3. License restrictions and third-party components

Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute proprietary Proxia components without permission, bypass paid-feature licensing, or remove ownership notices. Restrictions do not apply where applicable law or a component’s own license permits the activity, including lawful interoperability or open-source use.

Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses. This page does not replace or reduce the rights granted by those licenses.

4. Updates and protection limits

Updates may change compatibility or supported features. Proxia assists with detecting sensitive data and suspicious content; it cannot guarantee detection of every threat or prevent every disclosure. Review the result before sharing content. Statutory update and conformity obligations remain applicable.

5. Ending use and your legal rights

You may stop using Proxia and uninstall it at any time. A separate purchase, subscription or enterprise contract may have its own cancellation process. Ending use does not remove rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Nothing on this page excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, statutory remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A later website revision does not automatically replace a license already agreed with you.

6. Editions and license duration

For new purchases through the Stripe links below, the annual Plus subscription costs €30 including VAT and renews automatically each year until cancellation. The €50 including VAT option is a one-time payment for the commercial lifetime of Proxia major version 1.x, with minor and corrective updates included and future major versions excluded.

For Plus, “lifetime” covers that major version and its minor and corrective updates. It does not include future major versions or a promise of indefinite service. The links below cover major version 1.x; statutory conformity and update rights remain unaffected.

Pro and Enterprise are licensed per user under the period, scope and conditions stated in the order or enterprise contract. They are not lifetime offers. Renewal, cancellation, payment and refund conditions are supplied before purchase and are not determined by this page alone.

These published offers do not change an existing license or subscription already agreed with you. Consult your order and the agreement supplied with your app.

Fabindias SRL (Zensecure) is the seller and payment recipient. ANANKELIS SAS remains the publisher and software licensor. Your license key and activation instructions are emailed after manual processing of your order.
